when possible the full depth of event and exhibitor news. However, for many companies it is vitally important to be seen as leading brands,
visionaries, innovators, reliable, stable, the list goes on goes on. For exhibitors who wish to invest in their brand The Energy Event offers
great value for your marketing pound.
Official sponsorship
The Official Sponsor will enjoy a close working relationship with the organisers in order to maximise the opportunities that the relationship can produce. Your company logo, plus a reference as 'Official Sponsor' will appear on all marketing material ie, advertisements, tickets, official website and the regular e: newsletter and energy event service.
In addition, the Official Sponsor will appear on: all signage at the event, delegate badges plus on all external marketing ie public relations.
You can expect a minimum of 1.5 million marketing touches through this integrated package, a marketing touch refers to the amount of times you will be seen or referred to as Official Sponsor. The Official Sponsor will also be granted exclusive use of a private function room at the event. The Wardroom capacity is 20 theatre style or 14 as boardroom style. Furthermore, the package includes the event catalogue Front Cover plus an article incorporated into the package.
Encore International will be the Energy Events 2010 Official sponsor. Official sponsorship for the Energy Event 2011 is available now.
Event Co Sponsorship
You will gain high level exposure with the use of your company logo on all marketing material ie, advertisements, signage, tickets, website and the regular e: newsletter service throughout the year. The Event Co-Sponsors will be displayed on the 'You Are Here' boards at the event and on all signage at the event.
